Terms and Conditions

The drawing fee is non-refundable once drawing has commenced. The drawing fee is inclusive of all relevant research and preparation required to create a one-off custom design.

The date and booking fee/deposit are transferable once, with a minimum of 5 business days notice.

Should you reschedule the day more than once, you will forfeit your booking fee/deposit.

Should you cancel your booking within 5 business days, you will forfeit your booking fee/deposit.

Any changes to your booking must be done via phone or in person with a Soul Inn House staff member.

Please do not DM or facebook to cancel or reschedule.

We welcome your creativity but please note, you will be charged an extra drawing fee to have any changes made to your custom piece, once draw up has commenced.

Touch Up Policy

Your tattoo goes through many stages while healing.  It can go from looking very tidy to quite rough.  It generally takes 3 weeks to go through its various stages.  However, we are all different and as such, some tattoos may heal slower.  Please be patient through all stages of the healing process.

The artists of Soul Inn House reserve the right to use their discretion on whether one free touch up is necessary or not. If your artist feels your tattoo requires a free touch up, you will be booked in for one. If you cancel your free touch up appointment and require to rebook, it will be at your expense (your artists hourly rate). If your artist feels they cannot identify an area that requires a touch-up they do not have to provide one.

HIGH RISK TATTOO LOCATIONS

There are locations on the body that are not recommended for tattooing.  If you choose these locations you need to be aware that due to the higher risk of dropout, a touch up will be required, so please ensure this cost is budgeted for.

Feet, Hands, Wrists, Ears, Neck, Knees, Elbows, Inner lip, “Super fine line” tattoos. 

The healing process is just as important as the tattoo process.   It is essential you take responsibility for your part of the healing by following our aftercare instructions.

Upon leaving the studio, the body’s natural healing process begins (this is an individual process and healing can differ between clients). In the case of infection or patchy healing due to complacent aftercare, the artist will charge a minimum of their hourly rate for the touch up.
